Welcome to Sotto Zero, a business born in September 1988 in the old town of Canelli (AT).

Here it is possible to find different types of food and any kind of fished and on board frozen fish. This means that fish is caugh and directly frozen in order to keep its qualities unchanged.

Besides the range of ichthyic products, which includes over 200 species, Sotto Zero can provide any other sort of custom-made products that you want. 

As well as this wide selection, you can find various typical products of our region such as pasta with truffle, with Barolo wine, homemade jams and other gastronomic piedmontese specialities.
