Spaghetti with seafood

        Serves: 4 

 

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. mixed for spaghetti (or rise)

  • chopped garlic and parsley

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper 

  • little tomato sauce 

  • 1/2 glass of white wine

  • spaghetti

 

Method:

Defrost the fish and put it in a pan with oil, garlic and parsley. Make it brown for few minutes. Add the white wine, sauce, salt and pepper. When spaghetti are ready, drain them and then add to the fish.  At the end, dust with chopped parsley.
